1. Services Overview
Every Kind Of offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
Product Sourcing: Procuring items on behalf of clients.
Image Alchemy Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions focused on style and self-expression.
Confident Closet Club App: A mobile application designed to assist users in curating their wardrobe and enhancing personal style.
Talent Management: Representing and supporting select clients in brand partnerships, content creation, and strategic growth.
Marketing Consulting: Offering strategic guidance for brands and individuals seeking to build their image, presence, or community through personalized marketing approaches.

A service request is considered accepted when confirmed by us through email, phone, or social media communication. Once we commence work on your request, cancellations may not be possible, and you may be responsible for full or partial payment. If work has not started, you have a 14-day window to cancel without penalty.
3. Fees and Payments
Our services are subject to the following payment terms:
Service Fees: All service fees are communicated clearly prior to engagement.
Payment Methods: Bank Deposit, Cash, Credit Card (Domestic cards: 1.75% surcharge; International cards: 2.9% surcharge).
Invoicing: Invoices are due immediately upon issuance. Items will not be shipped and services will not be scheduled until full payment is received.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider. Your payment information is encrypted and does not touch our internal servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products may be shipped directly to you or to our office for final handling. All orders are shipped via DHL Express within 7 business days of payment receipt. Shipping costs will be disclosed once an item has been secured.
5. Purchasing on Your Behalf
When procuring products from third-party retailers on your behalf, we may share necessary personal information with these retailers to complete the transaction. Each retailer has its own processing times, delivery methods, and return policies. Import duties and taxes are your responsibility and are not included in the product prices.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Product details and images are provided by suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, variations may occur, especially with handmade items or natural materials. We do not guarantee the quality of third-party products and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If a product is defective or not as described, we will assist in returning it to the retailer in accordance with their policies. For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, acceptance depends on the retailer's policy. Every Kind Of's service fees are non-refundable.
7. Image Alchemy Coaching
Our Image Alchemy Coaching sessions are designed to transform your personal style. Sessions must be paid in full prior to commencement. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds will be issued once a session has been delivered. Results vary based on individual participation.
8. Confident Closet Club App
By using the Confident Closet Club app, you agree to adhere to our community standards and digital terms of use. The app provides tools and content to help you curate your wardrobe and enhance personal style. We reserve the right to update app features and terms at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Personal data submitted via the app is protected under our privacy policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Every Kind Of shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of our services or products.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Fulfillment Policy
Every Kind Of is committed to delivering a smooth and transparent fulfillment process for all services and products, including sourced items, coaching sessions, and digital offerings through the Confident Closet Club app.
A. Sourced Products
Confirmation: Once an item is sourced and you have approved it, an invoice will be issued. Fulfillment begins after full payment is received.
Shipping: All items are shipped via DHL Express within 7 business days of payment, unless otherwise communicated. Tracking information will be provided once available.
Delivery Responsibility: We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs, nor for additional fees such as import taxes or duties.
Out of Stock: If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or refund.
B. Digital Services & Coaching
Scheduling: Coaching sessions are scheduled upon payment confirmation. You will receive calendar invitations and reminders by email.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Delivery Method: Sessions are delivered via video call (Zoom or preferred platform). Access links will be emailed ahead of time.
Completion: A session is considered fulfilled once it has been completed at the agreed-upon time.
C. Digital Products & App Access
Confident Closet Club App: Upon sign-up and payment (if applicable), you’ll receive immediate access to the app’s features and tools.
Membership Fulfillment: Access continues for the duration of your membership. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
